You were just trying to pick up your gold coin and then you return with zombies all around your kingdom. What you must do here is simple; collect materials to build a flying castle and escape the area. You will need four types of materials to complete your plans. Be sure to destroy the objects and loot the materials. Don't forget about the zombies and you must defend yourself against them. Use your melee weapon to bash them or you can shoot from far distances using a bow.

Overview
Zombie at the Gates is a zombie themed browser game that has you playing as the king of the land, and as the king, it is your duty to defend your own castle from zombie attacks, it won't be easy but you need to do it anyway as the fate of your kingdom...err...castle is at hand, you'll be battling the zombies throughout the game while collecting resources to build a flying castle at the same time, there are two classes of weapons available for you to use, they are ranged weapons and melee weapons, like swords and bow and arrow, they cost gold though, so you need to collect as many gold coins as you can to be able to get the more powerful variations of swords and bow and arrow, , there are also stars available in the game, the stars are quite important as they are used to upgrade the king's health, speed and magnet, besides the king's abilities and weapons, you can also upgrade the castle and turn it into a little flying fortress, it automatically upgrades by the way, as you collect the different resources needed for the construction, so come on and play the game and see if you have what it takes to defeat the enemies and build a flying castle here in Zombie at the Gates.
Graphics and Sound
Zombie at the Gates has very nice graphics, the character designs in the game are certainly very cute and quite funny too, the designs are cartoony by the way and have very nice details, environments are cool too, you'll see a lot of different landscapes as you traverse the locations, the colors use in the game are also very nice, the colors are quite vivid and sharp, lively too if you may as it is quite soft to the eyes and nice to look at, the animations use are quite smooth too, although the king move slowly at first, he becomes quicker as you upgrade his speed, music and sounds are also great, the in game music sounds cool and quite lighthearted and the sound effects are also quite nice, not much variety though, the special effects are nice, quite simple really but still pretty as there's nothing really bad in it, overall, the game's simple and colorful designs together with its funny and hilarious presentations made it really quite beautiful.
Gameplay
Zombie at the Gates is a fun filled and exciting adventure where you will be building a flying castle while fighting hordes of zombies at the same time, the game is basically a shooting game with elements of resource management, you need to kill as many zombies as possible and collect a lot of resources to be able to build the flying castle, the zombies you encounter at the start are fairly easy to kill but soon enough they get really tough and really hard to kill, this is where you need to upgrade your character, its weapons and abilities, because if you don't, you'll be overwhelmed for sure.

Zombie at the Gates features beautiful graphics, it has cute character designs, there are a lot of resources to gather and a lot of weapons to buy, not to mention there are also quite a variety of zombies for you to fight, and most of all, the game has very simple and easy to use controls to make it easier and more fun to play.
Conclusion
Zombie at the Gates is quite fun and a bit challenging at the start, it only got a bit easier when I had the more powerful weapons and upgraded the king's abilities, try it.
